1. Order Process
Placing an order on Gcampharm is simple and secure:

Choose your delivery method and enter your shipping information.
Select your preferred payment method:
Cash on Delivery (COD) (Algeria only)
BaridiMob
Bank transfer
Visa / PayPal (for selected countries or international orders)
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or phone call.
2. Delivery & Processing
Orders within Algeria are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours depending on your location.
Our delivery agents will contact you before arrival to confirm your availability.
In case you’re not available at the scheduled delivery time, you may reschedule it once at no extra cost.
3. Return Policy (Algeria)
We offer immediate return at the time of delivery for Algerian customers. Here’s how it works:
When the delivery agent arrives, you may inspect the product before accepting it.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, expired, or not as described, you may refuse the order immediately, and no payment will be required.
Once you accept and pay for the product, returns are not allowed, except in cases of proven defect reported within the same day of delivery.
4. Return Conditions (Other Countries)

5. Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled before shipment (within 12 hours of confirmation) by contacting our customer service.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
Opened dietary supplements or cosmetic products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Personalized or special order items
Products returned after use
